PROGRAMS FOR INVESTMENT PROPERTIES
- Conventional Financing: This is obtained by documenting your personal income and assets for qualification for the financing of the investment property.
- DSCR (Debt Service Coverage Ratio): Personal income is not taken into consideration. Instead, the lender looks at the investment properties cash fow to determine eligibility
Either way, at least a 20% down payment is required and possibly more depending on the situation.
